Artist Registration Information & Guidelines

  • Friday, June 26, 2026 Exhibition

Thank you for participating in our upcoming group exhibition / art event. Please review the information below carefully before registering and delivering your artwork. These guidelines are intended to help ensure that the exhibition is organized, professional, and enjoyable for all participating artists and guests.

    Gallery Hours

    Our regular operating hours are:

    Tuesday – Saturday
    12:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Artwork drop-off, pick-up, and gallery visits should take place during regular operating hours whenever possible. If you need to deliver artwork outside of our usual operating hours, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

    Opening Night

Opening Night: Friday, June 26, 2026
    Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    Dress Code: Elegant / Chic

Opening nights are typically well-attended, with approximately 300–400 guests.

All artists and their guests are expected to follow the designated dress code for the event. Guests of participating artists must also RSVP in advance for opening night.

    Weather Notice During Rainy Season

Because this event takes place during rainy season, the event date may be changed if severe weather is expected.

If the forecast shows a high likelihood of heavy rain, the gallery may decide to reschedule the event approximately 10 days before the opening.

Artists who are flying in or making travel arrangements should contact us in advance and stay in touch for any updates.

    During the Exhibition

During the course of the show, artists are welcome to bring friends, collectors, and guests to view the exhibition. Artists may also schedule appointments, host guests in the gallery space, visit the gallery to create photo or video content, and promote their work to potential buyers.

Please coordinate with the gallery in advance when bringing guests or collectors, especially outside regular public hours.

    Wall Space & Artwork Placement

Reserved wall space is measured by width. For example, if an artist reserves 2 feet or 5 feet of wall space, that refers to the horizontal wall width available for the artwork.

Depending on the gallery location, ceiling heights may vary and may go up to approximately 10 feet.

Stacking artworks vertically may be allowed when it makes sense visually and compositionally. This usually works best when the pieces are part of the same series or are clearly connected in theme, color palette, subject matter, or style.

If the artworks are unrelated in subject, style, theme, or presentation, they should not be stacked vertically and should instead be displayed horizontally.

When artworks are displayed side by side, please allow approximately 6 inches between each piece.

The gallery reserves the right to make final decisions regarding placement, spacing, and overall presentation to maintain a cohesive and professional exhibition.

    Artwork Presentation

All artwork must arrive ready to display. Please make sure your work is clean, finished, dry, and properly prepared for installation.

Wall pieces should be ready to hang. If your artwork requires special installation, please notify the gallery in advance.

The gallery reserves the right to make final decisions regarding artwork placement, layout, and installation.

    Artwork Labels

Artists are responsible for preparing and bringing their own standard artwork labels.

Labels should be approximately business card size. Please do not bring large posters or oversized wall text.

Each label should include only the following information:

    • Artist name

    • Title of artwork

    • Size

    • Medium

    • Instagram handle, optional

    • Price

Please place your labels in an envelope and include a printed sheet with images and descriptions of each artwork, so the gallery can easily identify which label belongs with each piece.

Artists may also bring their labels on opening night at 7:00 PM and place them next to their artwork.

Please use thin regular paper and double-sided Scotch tape or light removable tape. Do not use heavy-duty adhesives or any materials that may damage the gallery walls.

    Artwork Sales & Commission

If artwork is sold during the exhibition, the gallery receives a 30% commission.

The commission is calculated after credit card processing fees, which are usually approximately 3.5%.

For example, if a piece is sold by credit card, the processing fee is deducted first, and the gallery commission is calculated from the remaining amount.

Artists are responsible for providing accurate pricing information before the exhibition begins.

    Artist Promotion

Participating artists are encouraged to promote the event by sharing the flyer, inviting guests, posting on social media, and tagging the gallery.

Artists may also create content at the gallery during the exhibition, as long as it does not interfere with visitors, other artists, or gallery operations.

    Artwork Pick-Up

Unsold artwork must be picked up during the following dates:

    July 7 – July 10, 2026
    12:00 PM – 5:30 PM

Please pick up your artwork on time. If you need to arrange an alternative pick-up time, contact the gallery in advance.

    Agreement

By registering, the artist confirms that all submitted artwork is original and that the artist agrees to follow the gallery’s deadlines, installation requirements, sales commission policy, pick-up schedule, and event guidelines.

The artist also grants the gallery permission to photograph and share images of the artwork, artist, and exhibition for promotional purposes, including social media, website, email marketing, and press.
