Please review the following information carefully before delivering or shipping artwork. These guidelines are intended to ensure an organized installation and presentation across all three gallery locations.

ARTWORK DELIVERY

November 5–15, 2026
Daily, 12–7 PM

All artwork must be delivered to:

Artwork will be accepted every day during the delivery period, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Deliveries outside the designated hours must be arranged in advance directly with the gallery curator. Curator contact information will be provided to participating artists.

GALLERY PLACEMENT

All artwork will be received at 129 East Flagler Street and subsequently assigned to one of the three participating galleries.

Final gallery placement and installation location are determined exclusively by the curatorial team. Artists may not select or request a particular gallery location.

ARTWORK IDENTIFICATION AND LABELS

Each artist must submit one clearly marked envelope with the artist’s full name written on the outside.

The envelope must contain:

• An artwork inventory sheet
• A small photograph of each submitted artwork
• The corresponding artwork title
• Medium
• Dimensions
• Retail price
• One printed label for each artwork

Each photograph and artwork entry must clearly correspond to its respective label. This allows the installation team to identify and label every work without contacting the artist for additional clarification.

Labels should be approximately the size of a standard business card and must include:

Artist’s name
Artwork title
Medium
Dimensions
Retail price

Artists are responsible for preparing and printing their own labels.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

All artwork must arrive ready for installation. Framed paintings and other wall-mounted works should include secure hanging wire whenever appropriate.

Wall-space reservations are calculated according to the total horizontal width of the presentation. Artists presenting multiple works must allow approximately six inches between artworks.

Unrelated artworks may not be stacked vertically solely to fit within a smaller wall-space reservation. Vertical arrangements may be accepted when they form an intentional series, diptych, triptych, or cohesive composition.

SHIPPED ARTWORK

Artists shipping artwork must notify the gallery curator in advance and provide:

• Artist’s full name
• Carrier and tracking information
• Number of packages
• Number of artworks
• Estimated delivery date

Shipped artwork must arrive no later than November 12, 2026.

The package must include the artist’s labeled envelope, inventory sheet, artwork photographs, and printed labels.

International shipments and any shipment requiring special handling must be coordinated with the curator before the artwork is sent.

VIP PREVIEW

Participating artists are strongly encouraged to attend the VIP Preview:

7–10 PM

Artist attendance is not mandatory. During the remainder of the exhibition, the galleries will manage public viewing hours, private appointments, collector inquiries, and artwork sales.

GUEST REGISTRATION

A guest-registration link is available on this page if you scroll up. Artists may share this link with collectors, friends, and invited guests.

Every attendee must register individually in advance. Sharing the invitation does not automatically place a guest on the guest list.

ARTWORK PICKUP

December 9–14, 2026
Daily, 12–7 PM

Unsold artwork must be collected from 129 East Flagler Street during the designated pickup period.

Pickup outside these hours, return shipping, and international shipping arrangements must be coordinated directly with the curator in advance.
